I switched vet services once I found out my dog was sick and we needed a vet closer to home now that we live in Park City and I really wish I would have switched sooner. The care and consideration of the staff at this office is outstanding and has truly made me feel like we have gone to see them as long as he's been alive. From the second you walk in the door, everything from the decor to the staff is warm and welcoming and it doesn't feel like you're at the vet at all. The staff is genuinely interested in how YOU are doing along your pet and it truly changes the feeling of nervousness that can often come with a visit to the vet. The set up of the clinic rooms is something I have never seen before in the best way. There isn't a cold exam table to plop your dog on for them to slip and slide all over, full of scents of previous pets that are also nervous, they interact with your dog on the floor! I absolutely love it and I think it is genius. The staff from start to finish is most concerned about meeting your pet at their level and it really eases the anxiety for both of us. Both of the vets that I have met, Dr. Hagan and Dr. Surber have been extraordinary and so helpful while we navigate the end of my sweet boy's life and I could not be more grateful for their kindness and compassion. I could not recommend their services more.

Pinebrook Animal Hospital has taken such good care of our dog, Milo. They’ve done a great job diagnosing and treating him. All of the vets are very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. We are so appreciative of all they’ve done for Milo!

I Love Pinebrooke Animal Hospital. I have a large dog, a cane corso, and he is so scared at the vet. Everyone is so kind, patient and compassionate with him and they treat me with understanding and respect. I could not praise this place any higher. I am always so pleased with their service.

One visit and we’re switching from our regular vet to Pinebrook. Kiley and the rest of the staff, even beginning with the phone call into Elliott, was exceptional. Kiley is an animal lover. She was literally on the floor as she diagnosed and built trust with our Belgian Shepherd. Nobody likes going to the doctor/vet, but if you’ve got to go you won’t find a better experience anywhere. Thank you guys!
